Sarawak Cultural Village to host World Harvest Festival once again

KUCHING: Sarawak Cultural Village (SCV) will once again play host to the World Harvest Festival (WHF) on May 3, 4 and 5.

It is held to commemorate the unique Gawai or Harvest Festival. Previously known as the ‘Gawai Tourism Night’, this year will be the ninth year SCV organise this auspicious event. In this year’s three days, two nights festival, the Ethnic Beauty Pageant, Miss World Harvest Festival 2013, will revolve around the Orang Ulu community theme.
